All shipped items are insured for full value. If the Buyer receives merchandise in damaged condition, the Buyer shall file a claim with the insurer for damages.

Items which have been purchased, paid for and received in undamaged condition may be returned within a two week period after the shipping date. The Buyer shall complete a RETURN CLAIM FORM and return e-mail it to R.G. Galleries in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by e-mail which the Buyer shall print and include in the return package. The RMA number must be prominently printed on the return package. No merchandise will be accepted for refund without this prior authorization.

Return shipping and insurance costs shall be paid by the Buyer. If the merchandise is returned to R.G. Galleries in good and re-saleable condition, the Buyer will receive a refund in the same currency and by the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will be for the original purchase price not to include original shipping and insurance costs. Payment will be made within 45 days of satisfactory return of the merchandise. Buyer must be able to provide an on-line tracking number for return shipment if requested by R.G. Galleries.
